4. Check references and the reputation of the contractor.
5. Verify insurance coverage. You can call the State Insurance Office at
   405-522-8600 to verify workman’s compensation insurance coverage. A Certificate of Insurance should always come directly from the Insurance Company.
6. What does the warranty from the contractor really cover?
7. Does the contractor have a permanent place of business?
8. Verify the contractor’s number of years in business and time in the community.
9. Is the contractor a member of roofing organizations and the Better Business Bureau?
10. Choose a company committed to the safety and education of its workers.
